The patient portal should not be utilized in lieu of an office or virtual consultation.  If you have a new or complex medical concern that requires a consultation, please call the office to schedule an appointment.  If you send a message and it is determined that a consultation is needed, you will be contacted by our team to schedule an appointment to discuss your concerns or questions.  

This will allow opportunity to address your needs and provide you with the most appropriate medical care.


*** PRESCRIPTION NOTICE ***


Refills for prescriptions are offered and provided during all follow-up consultations and the quantity ordered to last until your next consultation.  Should your situation require a refill between appointments, plan accordingly as refills require 48 - 72 business day hours minimum to process.  

If you are taking any CBD products, Sarcotropin IPA, Nutrafol or Tranquinox Deep, these can only be refilled in the office.  Please contact us directly for refills.  We also carry many of our recommended supplements in office for your convenience.  You may come by the office or we are happy to ship directly to you at the address you provide.  Remember to also provide the card you would like to be charged.  Shipments are typically same day or next day after processing. 


NEED HELP WITH SUPPLEMENT REFILLS?

For your convenience, we carry many supplements in the office for you to purchase at your follow-up visit or feel free to call ahead for pick-up in the office when you are in the area.  If products are backordered on Fullscript, we are happy to ship product to you if we have it available in the office.  You can reach us directly at 469.713.2055.  We are open to serve you on Monday - Thursday from 8am - 5pm and Fridays from 9am - 12 noon.

** For refills in between visits, please use Fullscript, our convenient online supplement dispensary service.  Click on the link below or copy it into your web browser.  Here you can order what you need at your convenience any time of day or night:
